Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm.
• Proven track record in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities.
• Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with a balance of conceptual and practical thinking.
• Passion for taking solutions to market, from concept through to execution.
• Curious mindset, positive attitude and strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive senior client relationships, business development, sales pipelines and proposals.
• Lead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management clients.
• Drive market, client and competitor insights through immersive and data-driven analysis.
• Formulate corporate, business unit, and sales and service strategies.
• Lead the design of business models, operating models and business architecture.
• Conduct value architecture to identify cost-benefit insights for strategic opportunities.
• Lead experience, digital, and AI / Generative AI-led transformation initiatives in collaboration with broader Accenture teams.
• Play a leading role in building and growing the Financial Services Strategy & Consulting practice and community.
