Placements24 is seeking a strategic Telecom Project Manager in Rustenburg to lead end-to-end telecom projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and schedule. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex telecom projects and deep understanding of PM methodologies.
• Proven track record in telecommunications infrastructure development and deployment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong knowledge of telecom network technologies, deployment processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of telecommunications projects including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Act as primary liaison to stakeholders with regular updates and reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations for telecom infrastructure.
