Qualifications

• Relevant project management, business administration, or related field qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably telecom/IT.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Experience in stakeholder communication is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring telecommunications projects.
• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and minutes.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare project status updates and reports for management.
• Manage project-related correspondence and information flow.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Identify and elevate potential risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to PM processes and quality standards.
