Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission telecommunications equipment and services at customer premises.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to broadband, voice, and data services.
• Ensure proper functioning of customer premise equipment ("CPE").
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures during all field operations.
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers, explaining service features and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Respond to emergency service calls and perform necessary repairs.

Requirements

• Technical qualification or relevant experience in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Technician in the telecoms industry or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting broadband, fiber, or copper‑based networks.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment for telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
