Job summary

Tp-8f723eaf is seeking a customer service oriented professional in Cape Town to handle inquiries from business customers, drive sales and promote services while ensuring quality support aligned with client guidelines.

You will work across calls and emails, using network tools to diagnose issues, log faults, and coordinate with engineering and IT teams to resolve incidents, while maintaining accurate customer records and driving campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Matric/Equivalent; minimum 6–12 months experience in a service/sales driven environment.
• Experience in technical support/sales and/or telecommunications environment.
• Good knowledge of operating systems; familiarity with networking basics (Wi‑Fi, modems, routers, switches).
• Competence in MS Office Suite; experience delivering service/sales to a US market.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from business customers on sales, product, account, billing queries, and service configuration.
• Provide support with excellent customer service; promote products and services to stimulate revenue.
• Use network monitoring tools to identify issues and log/elevate faults with detail.
• Take ownership of incidents through to resolution; coordinate with data, voice, transmission, NOC teams.
• Manage issue prioritization and liaise with operators, stakeholders, vendors, and IT support.
• Produce outputs such as reports, written correspondence, and sales activity; update customer details.
• Maintain a driver report to identify fault patterns; provide administrative support as requested.
