Job summary

MAZIV Group in KwaZulu-Natal is hiring a Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sales and Sales Operations teams within the telecommunications sector.

You will accurately process customer requests, manage sales-related cases and orders, maintain system information, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service levels while upholding accuracy and process adherence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, order administration, customer care or a comparable operational support environment; telecommunications expertise is advantageous.
• A post-school qualification in business administration, sales, customer or a related field is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of CRM/case-management systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and feasibility requests from complete customer requirements and follow up on pending quotations within 48 hours.
• Process new quotes and orders within target timelines and prioritise upgrades/downgrades for same-business-day handling where possible.
• Own assigned internal and external cases; maintain case notes, update the issue tracker weekly and drive cases to closure.
• Provide professional, customer-centric service and clear guidance on next steps, collaborating across teams to ensure quality outcomes.
