You will develop and execute test plans for telecom services, perform functional and regression testing, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved to meet high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA/testing in telecom industry.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience testing VoIP, data services or mobile communications.
• Proficient with test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for telecom services and software.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Verify that fixed defects meet QA standards.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand product requirements and testing needs.
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvement.
