Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Telecoms Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our East London team. You will design and execute test plans for telecom products, identify defects, and verify fixes to ensure high service quality for a large customer base.

Based in East London, you will collaborate with development, product management, and operations to improve QA processes and deliver reliable network services in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years QA/testing experience, telecom sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with telecom services/protocols a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for telecom products.
• Identify, document, and track defects (e.g., Jira).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Verify fixes and re-test to prevent regressions.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality.
• Contribute to QA process improvements.
