Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years in telecommunications network design, planning, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of network architectures, protocols and technologies (fiber, wireless, MPLS, IP).
• Experience with network capacity planning tools and data modelling for forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and knowledge of SA telecoms landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic network plans considering capacity and market trends.
