Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in telecommunications network design, planning or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies (4G/5G), broadband access, and IP networking.
• Excellent modeling and capacity planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term network strategies and capacity plans to support business growth and service demand.
• Analyze network traffic patterns, performance metrics, and emerging technologies to identify future needs and opportunities.
• Design high-level network architectures and technology roadmaps for mobile, broadband and enterprise services.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure plans are technically feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on network evolution plans and investment recommendations.
• Evaluate new vendors, technologies, and solutions to enhance network capabilities and operational efficiency.
