Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Technology Manager focused on technology operations, risk management and resilience, and regulatory readiness. You will work with Engineering, Product, Operations and Compliance, and engaging with regulators to ensure platforms meet regulatory requirements while aligning with group standards.

You’ll shape technology and InfoSec architecture, monitor risk, and drive dashboards and governance across regional teams to protect customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or tech architecture, or InfoSec within financial services, fintech, or a consultancy serving these industries.
• Experience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies
• Knowledge of technology and InfoSec controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services, and how those controls operate in practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
• A broad understanding of modern technology stack and InfoSec solutions
• Great problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyse complex information and identify the key issue/action to drive resolutions
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Ensuring regulatory compliance with IT and InfoSec requirements
• Proactively monitoring the application and technology and InfoSec infrastructures related to our systems, identifying outages, malfunctioning, SLA breaches, etc.
• Coordinating evidence gathering to fulfil audit requirements
• Representing the local Technology team, working with wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required
• Preparing reports and updating stakeholders
• Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, managed and escalating risks to the internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights
• Managing support tools for our internal teams and providing necessary technology to our employees
• Handling inventory of all technology assets and managing their lifecycle
• Driving the local technology and InfoSec architecture
