Job summary

FEM in Rosebank, Johannesburg, invites applications for a Technical Team Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on development within our software team. You will design, develop and deliver secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, guiding best practices and architectural decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years as a Software Developer in an enterprise setting, with strong experience in C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server, Oracle and Azure, plus DevOps.

Qualifications

• Matric with either a recognized diploma or B degree in IT or relevant proven experience with full stack development.
• Agile, web design and development of multi-tier application experience required.
• Domain driven design is preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Software Developer in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development within the software development team.
• Design, develop and deliver secure, scalable and high-quality solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
