Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (e.g., Technical Lead, Senior Developer).
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise systems, integrations, and data solutions.
• Proven SQL skills, including stored procedures and data structures.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, reporting (Power BI/SSRS), and modern frameworks.
• Experience designing system integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of digital products, platforms, and internal systems.
• Contribute hands-on to development, integrations, reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Assess vendor proposals from technical, security, data, and long-term perspective.
• Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and technical initiatives with testing and rollout.
• Explain system landscape, data structures, and constraints to external developers and partners.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, developers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks such as vendor lock-in, fragmented architecture, and weak integrations.
• Support a unified digital operating model through standardisation and cohesive architecture.
• Provide clear recommendations on risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and long-term impacts.
