Innovation Advance Group is seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to oversee a broad technical landscape while contributing hands-on across development, integrations, and data solutions. You will guide vendors, protect architectural integrity, and work with multiple teams to deliver cohesive, scalable platform changes.

This leadership role blends strategic oversight with practical, on-the-ground delivery in a complex digital environment, driving standardized, future-friendly architecture.

Qualifications

• ±5+ years in a hands-on technical role.
• Strong experience building and supporting enterprise systems, integrations, and data solutions.
• Solid SQL skills — queries, stored procedures, data structures.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS), or modern frameworks.
• Experience designing and working with system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
• Comfortable working across development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions, risks, and trade-offs clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight across digital products, internal systems, upgrades, and solution changes.
• Contribute hands-on to development, integrations, reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
• Assess vendor and solution proposals — architecture, data, security, integration, sustainability.
• Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, platform changes, and technical initiatives.
• Guide external developers and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems Ops, development teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks: vendor lock-in, fragmented architecture, weak integrations, poor data structures.
