Job summary

Elchemie Recruitment seeks a Technical Services Manager (Polymers) in Durban to lead the Technical Services team, drive product development, and optimise formulations for quality and cost improvements. You will manage projects from concept to implementation and provide expert support to customers and branches.

The role requires strong technical leadership, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement within a polymer/composites

About the Role To manage the Open Mould, Closed Mould and/or Ancillaries section of the Technical Department by providing technical leadership, customer support, product development and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead technical projects, optimise formulations, support customers and commercial teams, and drive innovation aligned with company objectives
