The ideal candidate has 5+ years in internal or trade sales, strong product knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical product sales experience and solution-based selling.
• Experience in B2B sales with plumbers, contractors, installers, or resellers.
• Experience with CRM systems and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert incoming sales enquiries into revenue.
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on high-value quotations.
• Build and grow relationships with installers, plumbers, contractors, and resellers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
• Drive consistent achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and actively manage pipeline using CRM systems.
• Provide technical product advice and solutions to clients.
• Support and contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and customer engagement improvements.
• Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities in the market.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge (heat pumps, solar water heating systems) and industry trends.
