Job summary

Objective Personnel is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional in Boksburg to handle external enquiries, presentations, proposals and tendering. The role requires a technical understanding of HVAC equipment, a valid driver's license and at least 5 years in the HVAC industry.

You will support quotes, orders, and client communications to drive budgets and targets. Responsibilities include negotiating quotations, following up on tenders, and providing feedback to management on a bi-weekly

Qualifications

Matric / Senior Certificate is required.
Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and applications.
Valid drivers license.
Criminal record clear and consent to checks.
Medical fitness certificate required.

Responsibilities

Action external enquiries, introductions, product presentations, proposals, project requirement assessments, recommendations.
Assess quote requirements for product identification, selection, costing and offer formulation.
Assess offer and quotations in relation to client request and client requirements.
Prepare quotations and negotiate quotes with budget and target considerations.
Collaborate with management to achieve budget and targets.
Receive orders and process sales orders while tracking budgets and targets.
Monitor order and shipping progress and provide client Feedback to project managers.
Follow up on proposals and quotations with clients.
Provide management with bi-weekly quotations/proposals feedback.
Maintain client relationship feedback and assist with administrative/quotation facilitation.
Suggest improvements based on market needs and tender requirements.
