Job summary

CJ Staffing (Pty) Ltd is recruiting for a Technical Sales / Account Manager location in Durban. The role focuses on growing existing accounts, generating new business, and presenting technical solutions to clients within the bakery and milling industry, with travel across SA and neighboring regions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, sales or business development experience, and a willingness to relocate to Durban if not already based there.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Tertiary education in Consumer Science, Food Technology, Food Science, Baking, Milling or related fields is advantageous
• Experience in baking, milling, ingredients or food manufacturing
• Exposure to technical ingredients, flour improvers, premixes or related products is helpful
• Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development experience
• Formulation/recipe development experience is advantageous
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Go-getter attitude with hunger for sales and growth
• Durban-based or willing to relocate

NEW OPPORTUNITY | TECHNICAL SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGER | Location: Durban

CJ Staffing is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a global leader specialising in innovative ingredient solutions for the bakery and milling industry.

Salary: R45 000 – R50 000 CTC + Commission + Fuel + Medical Aid + Pension

Travel: South Africa & Southern African regions (Namibia, Botswana, Zambia etc.)

We are looking for a driven, technically minded Sales/Account Manager with strong communication skills and a passion for business development.

Ideal Background

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary education in Consumer Science, Food Technology, Food Science, Baking, Milling, or related fields would be highly advantageous.
• Experience within the baking, milling, ingredients, or food manufacturing industry
• Previous exposure to technical ingredients, flour improvers, premixes, or related products
• Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development experience
