Job summary

Centurion Systems, part of FAAC Technologies Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive sales and provide customer support from advice on products to ordering and delivery. You will report to the Branch Manager and engage with clients across telephonic, digital, and counter channels.

Requirements include a Matric with at least 2 years in a technical sales environment and strong product knowledge. Daily activities include quotes, orders, training, and CRM data management.

Qualifications

• Matric with 2+ years in technical sales.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Basic product training and demonstrations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients telephonically and in person.
• Respond to client queries via digital platforms.
• Daily cold calling and maintain/update customer database.
• Process quotations and customer orders accurately.
• Provide product demonstrations and training in the training area.
• Support external sales on client visits and events.
