Job summary

Hired is seeking an AI/ML engineer to develop Zara, an AI-powered recruitment tool that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will design models, build scalable backend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robust solutions.

You will work on NLP for resume parsing, API integrations with ATS, cloud deployment, and bias mitigation to improve hiring fairness. The role emphasizes privacy, production-grade systems, and ethical AI practices across recruitment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• NLP expertise with spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Docker.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding ethical AI and bias mitigation in recruitment.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Data pipeline development and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ML models to improve Zara's candidate matching.
• Develop backend for NLP-based resume parsing and job analysis.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and third-party platforms via APIs.
