Huzzle is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale intelligent systems powering internal operations and client success. The role blends automation engineering with product systems and client communication, offering high ownership in a fast-paced environment.

You will architect scalable automation workflows, integrate tools across tech stacks, and translate complex systems for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows in real business environments.
• Strong experience with CRM systems and API integrations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Architect end-to-end AI and automation systems for client businesses.
• Develop and maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and multi-step workflows.
• Create clear SOPs, guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure scalable solutions.
