Job summary

Impact.com is seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs across engineering and product. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, partner with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to keep complex initiatives on track.

This role requires 5+ years in technical PM, strong Agile/Scrum practice, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical PM experience in a software/technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages from IC to exec level.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs from scoping to post-launch review.
• Drive planning ceremonies, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program-level syncs.
• Maintain Jira tracking and Confluence documentation; keep artifacts current and accessible.
• Identify scope creep, blockers, and dependencies and resolve them proactively.
• Define and track success metrics; own leadership reporting cadences.
