Progressive IT Resourcing is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who has progressed from hands-on development to leadership. You will steer software projects in a fast-paced environment, aligning technical teams with business goals and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project lifecycle oversight, from planning through delivery, with strong emphasis on risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• IT degree or diploma required.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5–8 years in IT; at least 5 in software development.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC.
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance advantageous.
• Agile methodologies with Scrum experience preferred.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
