• 5+ years in technical project or program management.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; adapt to team context.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs from scoping to launch.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira/Confluence docs.
• Identify blockers and dependencies; resolve risks before they become issues.
• Align engineering, product, design, data, and customer teams.
• Drive process improvements and post-mortems.
