impact.com is seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering and product. You will own program delivery end-to-end, partnering with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to keep complex, multi-team efforts aligned and on track.

This role is high-visibility and requires technical credibility and sharp organizational instincts. You will set the standard for planning, execution, and communication across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management in software/tech.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; adapt practices to team context.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (board config, epics, sprints, reporting) and Confluence.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging from IC to executive.
• Uses AI tools to improve productivity—drafting communications, synthesizing docs, unblocking workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs from scoping to launch and post-launch review.
• Drive planning ceremonies, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program-level syncs.
• Maintain clear project tracking in Jira and well-structured Confluence docs.
