Job summary

Centurion Systems is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive continued sales and support for Centurion customers. You will provide product advice, place and deliver orders, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role involves active client engagement, order processing, and collaboration with stores to dispatch orders in a timely manner. A matric qualification and 2+ years in technical sales are required.

Qualifications

• Matric with at least 2 years in a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients telephonically, digitally and at the counter.
• Respond to client queries via e-platforms.
• Conduct daily cold calling and update the customer database.
• Process quotations, orders, pricing and customer information accurately.
• Follow up on open orders and quotations to close deals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships ensuring excellent customer service.
