Job summary

G-Core Capital is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive three strategic pillars: Product Design & Innovation, Service & Technical Support, and After-Sales & Warranty. You will define accountability and measurable goals across pillars while safeguarding safety, quality and compliance in all releases.

You will oversee factory equipment, manufacturing technology, and production engineering processes, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or HVACR Engineering.
• Professional engineering registration (ECSA) is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in product development and manufacturing environments.
• Senior leadership experience (5+ years) in technical/R&D/engineering settings.
• Expertise in refrigeration, factory equipment, automation and processes.
• Experience managing R&D, design, manufacturing, installations and technical support.
• Strong commercial and customer-centric mindset with project execution experience.
• Excellent decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client, contractor and supplier teams to implement new technologies.
• Deliver high-level technical consultation to key clients.
• Provide factory-based and field technical support; coordinate corrective actions.
• Drive project goals by aligning Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Lead after-sales, service and technical support initiatives.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for three strategic functional pillars: Product Design & Innovation, Service & Technical Support, and After-Sales & Warranty.
• Each pillar should have clear accountability, measurable objectives and defined leadership while collectively supporting Concord's strategic objectives.
• Approve engineering standards, designs, technical deviations and product releases, and to stop any design, manufacture, installation or product release presenting an unacceptable safety, compliance, quality or business risk.
• Factory Equipment & Manufacturing Technology -
• Provide strategic oversight of factory equipment, manufacturing technologies, testing facilities, and production engineering processes.
• Quality and Compliance -Ensure compliance with applicable quality, environmental, health and safety, and product certification standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Department to investigate technical issues, implement corrective actions, and reduce warranty claims.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement -Liaise with engineering/development teams of client, contractors and suppliers to develop and implement required new technologies.
• Deliver technical support in the factory and on client’s sites and coordinate with technical support teams to implement corrective and preventative measures.
• Provide high-level technical consultation to key clients, ensuring solutions meet strategic needs.
• Project & Operations Oversight -Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• After-Sales, Service & Technical Support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HVACR Engineering (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
• Professional engineering registration (ECSA or equivalent) – highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, factory operations, continuous improvement, project/installation management, and technical service environments.
• 5+ years in senior leadership within technical, R&D, engineering, or production environments.
• Refrigeration and engineering expertise, strong understanding of factory equipment, production processes, automation technologies, and manufacturing best practices.
• R&D and Product Development
• Experience managing multidisciplinary functions including R&D, product design, manufacturing engineering, installations, site execution service, and technical support.
• Strong commercial and customer‑centric mindset with experience in project execution and after-sales support.
• Excellent decision‑making under pressure.
