Job summary

Manpower Group in Durban is seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to build strong relationships with clients across the Durban region and support sales goals. You will conduct daily client visits for product support, demonstrations and inspections, and identify opportunities to introduce new products and grow existing accounts.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly, while preparing weekly activity reports and maintaining regular communication with the head

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Experience in customer support, sales or account management is essential.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing or panel beating environments beneficial.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential.

Minimum Requirements:
