Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT recruitment experience (agency preferred).
• Proven track record of placing IT professionals across developers, engineers, analysts, PMs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Proficient with sourcing tools and recruitment databases to build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles from client briefing to placement.
• Source, screen and interview IT professionals for technical fit and culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand business needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche IT skills.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding; stay updated on market trends.
