You’ll research target accounts, identify decision-makers, conduct personalised outreach and arrange qualified introductory meetings for our commercial team. This is a growth-focused, outbound role with clear targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B business development or outbound sales.
• Experience researching target accounts and generating leads independently.
• Confidently approaching senior decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication and disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and target accounts.
• Identify technology, engineering, digital, delivery and talent decision-makers.
• Generate leads through calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach and events.
• Identify organisations needing development contractors or staff augmentation.
• Qualify customers to understand requirements, timing and decision process.
• Arrange qualified meetings for senior leadership or Talent Solutions team.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture longer-term opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, activities and next actions.
• Report on meetings, opportunities and pipeline generated.
