Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking a Sales Consultant for our multi-brand technology kiosk in Mathatha, Eastern Cape. You will help customers find the right devices and accessories and create memorable shopping experiences.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you will demonstrate products, explain features, and work toward meeting sales targets while maintaining store standards. Applicants should have Matric and some retail experience; weekend shifts and transport access required.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience in electronics or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and able to handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Assist customers in selecting technology products and accessories.
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits clearly.
• Aim to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and assist with stock and daily tasks.
