Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking Sales Consultants for our multi-brand technology kiosk at V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. You will create exceptional customer experiences, demonstrate products, and guide customers to the right technology solutions in a premium retail setting.

The role requires a minimum of four years in retail sales, a passion for technology, and a confident, energetic customer-focused approach. You will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintain polished store presentation.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is the minimum requirement.
• Minimum of 4 years' retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for technology.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services.
