Qualifications

• Matric is a minimum requirement.
• 1+ year retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or premium retail.
• Passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems and familiarity with iOS is advantageous.
• Live within 15km of the Knysna store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services.
