Job summary

Core Group ZA, a leading technology retailer in Knysna, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our multi-brand kiosk team. You will help customers discover the latest tech, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a Grade 12, at least 4 years of retail experience, and a passion for technology. You’ll work in a customer-focused role with ongoing product training and opportunities for career growth, including weekend shifts as part of the store

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) is the minimum requirement.
Minimum of 4 years’ retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail.
A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right technology solutions.
Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services.
