Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking a Sales Consultant for our multi-brand technology kiosk in Mathatha, Eastern Cape. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, demonstrate products, and help customers find the right tech solutions while meeting sales targets.

The role requires at least a matric, 4 years of retail sales experience, strong communication, and a proactive, energetic approach. You will work a retail schedule including weekends, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' retail sales experience in consumer electronics or premium retail is preferred.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover the latest technology products and accessories that best suit their needs.

You'll be the face of our brand, confidently demonstrating products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment.

What We're Looking For

• Matric (Grade 12 - Minimum requirement).
• Minimum of 4 years' retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail.
• A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems (experience with iOS or similar technology is advantageous).
• Live within 15km of the store.

Working Hours

• Approximately 173.26 hours per month/40 hours per week.
• Retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the store roster.

Location

• This position is based at our multi-brand technology kiosk in Mathatha, Eastern Cape.
• Reliable transport or a good understanding of local public transport routes is essential.
