Job summary

Telkom Openserve seeks a Tech Officer to repair and maintain the cable network across various segments, ensuring continuous service for customers. The role involves interpreting instructions, obtaining materials, and preparing work areas for safe execution of tasks.

The position requires 3 years of relevant cable experience, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel. Candidates should be prepared to work outside normal hours in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• 3 Years relevant experience in a cable environment.
• Ex-/ Current Telkom Full Time Bursars, learnerships and internships candidates will be exempted from the 3 years experience requirements but must have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience.
• Valid Drivers license and willingness to travel are required.
• Ability to work outside of normal working hours.
