Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an IT leader to guide teams through the full product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of features, support and maintenance within Bank Operations.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, innovation and people development in fast-paced banking environments, with emphasis on SDLC, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software development management with team leadership.
• Experience in progressive database or software development roles.
• Proven ability to validate work in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder relationship engagement and management.
• Delivery responsibility in a fast-moving environment with general business acumen.
• Knowledge of the retail credit industry and related processes.
• Understanding budgeting and accounting principles.
• Experience in business analysis and design.
• Familiarity with financial and contact centre systems and procedures.
• Applied project management principles and SDLC.

Qualifications and experience:
