Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Randburg seeks an Operations support role within the Cash in Transit division to assist the Branch Manager and ensure CIT operations run to plan.

The candidate will handle investigations, balance checks, and compliance with procedures, while working under pressure and sometimes irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Clear Criminal record
• PSIRA accredited with Grade C
• Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate
• Firearm competency – handgun qualification
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years’ experience in security industry or similar role
• CIT management/supervisory experience is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Own transport is advantageous
• Able to work under pressure
• Prepared to work irregular hours
• Clear disciplinary record

Responsibilities

• ATM investigations
• Missed loads feedback
• Daily updates on ATM balancing
• Daily updates on SLA checks and alarm testing
• Daily updates/follow ups on SLA breach and canister breaches
• Tracking of shortages per custodiam
• Scheduling of refreshed training for custodian
• Downloading of all FLM footage and performing spot checks
• ATM equipment checks/report
• Error feedback on all ATMs (SOL/SPARK/Capitec)
• Timekeeping on Nedbank and Capitec Dedicated Vehicles
• All ATM Billing
• Ensuring Takeover swaps/Balancing is arranged prior to Custodian leaving
• Ensuring Auditor is assisting when Swaps/Balances are done for Sol/Lesaka/Capitec/Spark

Reporting to the Branch Manager

The above position is vacant at our Randburg Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to assist the Operations Manager within the Cash in Transit division and ensure that Cash in Transit (CIT) operations are conducted according to planned procedures and schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear Criminal record
• PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification
• Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate
• Firearm competency – with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualification
• Computer literate (compulsory)
• At least 3 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)
• CIT management/ supervisory experience is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Own transport is advantageous
• Able to work under pressure
• Prepared to work irregular hours
• Clear disciplinary record
