Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Team Lead, Learning and Development to join our fast-paced, tight-knit team of passionate professionals. You will oversee the Instructional Design Team, coordinate project timelines, manage approvals, and ensure smooth workflow for our learning programs.

This role requires at least 3 years in mid-/senior ID, plus 1 year in team coordination or project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID experience in L&D.
• 1+ year of experience in team coordination or project management within learning or related fields.
• Strong AI literacy and experience with creating/scaling AI tools is a strong advantage.
• Impeccable English oral and writing skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Translate project plans into clear task lists, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress across the team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders, building positive relationships and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and track the status of project approvals and reviews, proactively following up to keep workflows moving.
• Support people management functions such as assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks where needed.
• Develop and manage a limited number of your own e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
• Support broader communication efforts – planning training launches, crafting clear messages for internal teams and client-facing audiences.
