Job summary

PTP Integrated in Gauteng is seeking an IT Support Team Lead to guide the support group, troubleshoot issues, and ensure incidents meet SLA targets while coordinating software and hardware rollout projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or national diploma in ICT, MCSE/MCITP, A+/N+, and at least five years leading IT support. Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine or Freshservice is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in ICT or equivalent.
• A+/N+ certification.
• MCSE/MCITP certification.
• 5 years minimum experience in leading an IT support team.
