You will support lecturer and student orientations, process part-time lecturer contracts, timetables, and venue readiness, ensuring accurate records and timely communication. Join us to contribute to student success.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 Higher Certificate in a relevant area.
• Administration experience in a professional environment.
• Understanding of SA higher education regulatory framework is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• File lecturer/student consultations and upload peer review documentation.
• Support in material issuing and lecturer resource packs and access tags.
• Order stationery and assist lecturer orientation and related admin.
• Maintain calendars, registers and student/workshop records.
• Coordinate part-time lecturer contracts and timetables.
• Ensure venue readiness (whiteboard, air conditioning, seating).
• Prepare agendas for meetings and take minutes.
