Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites a Teaching Experience Supervisor to support student teachers during school-based practice. You will observe, mentor, assess, and report on performance in line with national teaching standards.

This role requires conducting in-person visits, providing constructive feedback, and coordinating with host schools and the Teaching Practice Office to promote teaching excellence.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Education with focus on relevant teaching phases.
• SACE registration is essential.
• 5 years of teaching experience in the applicable phase.
• Mentoring or supervising student teachers is preferred.
• Knowledge of CAPS and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assess student teachers during school visits.
• Provide constructive feedback on observed practice.
• Complete formal observation reports and rubrics.
• Collaborate with host teachers and institutional coordinators.
• Maintain timely communication with Teaching Practice Office.
