Job summary

Discovery Limited's Discovery Connect Sales call centre in Sandton is seeking a driven telesales professional to conduct Insure telesales and achieve strict targets. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate records, perform Financial Needs Analysis, and ensure timely administration while upholding service levels.

Fluency in English and Afrikaans, matric, and 2 years' sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant sales exposure required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience, outbound telesales preferred.
• Discovery Insure knowledge is a strong advantage.
• PC literacy: email, Word and Excel.
• NQF5 and RE5 qualifications are beneficial.

Key purpose

This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre, and reports to the sales team leader.

The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Insure telesales.

Qualification & Experience

• Matric
• At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment

Minimum 2 years short-term product knowledge, Discovery Insure Knowledge is an advantage
