Job summary

FairPlay Engineering is looking for a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to focus on the front end of the recruitment process for international roles in the Netherlands. You will identify, engage and qualify top candidates, working closely with our Netherlands-based Account Managers to support final placements.

This hybrid role is based in Johannesburg. You will concentrate on sourcing and candidate engagement with no sales duties, and gain exposure to European markets along with relocation support from

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other innovative channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and motivation
• Present qualified candidates to internal Account Managers
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system

What Will You Do?

As a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter, you will focus on the front-end of the recruitment process. Identifying, engaging, and qualifying top candidates. You will work closely with our Netherlands-based Account Managers, who manage the client relationships and final placements.
