• Post job openings across platforms and manage candidate applications to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding for new hires and ensure data accuracy.
