Placements24 is seeking a motivated HR Specialist with a Talent Acquisition focus to join our team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and SA employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably corporate.
• Proven track record filling diverse roles at various levels.
• Strong sourcing techniques across job boards, social media, and networks.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, ensure a positive experience.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Utilize the ATS for all recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Contribute to employer branding and social media recruitment.
