Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts from our Rustenburg office. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and manage a team of consultants to deliver exceptional service for a broad client base.

The ideal candidate has extensive TA leadership experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in optimizing recruitment processes using ATS and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or senior Recruitment Consultant role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage recruitment teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution of complex recruitment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with client needs.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruitment consultants and coordinators.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to offers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report on KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical practices.
