Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the ATS.
