Job summary

GAP Consulting SA is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition and Development professional based in Gauteng, South Africa. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years’ experience within Manufacturing, Construction or Agricultural industries and holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Legal or Education.

You will drive end-to-end TA and TD initiatives, oversee Employment Equity, and contribute to organisational design, learning platforms, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of TA and TD experience in Manufacturing, Construction or Agricultural sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Legal or Education.
• Experience with MS Office Projects, SAGE People 300 and LMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Training & Development, Employment Equity and Org Design.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• References and payslips from previous employers.

Job description

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a Talent Acquisition and Development capacity within the Manufacturing | Construction | Agricultural Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources | Legal | Education, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Development
• Proficient in MS Office Projects | SAGE People 300 | E-learning Platforms
• Strong knowledge of Training & Development | Talent Acquisition | Employment Equity | Workforce Development | Organisational Design
• Valid Driver's Licence and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
