Job summary

NDC Personnel in South Africa seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development specialist to drive early career programmes and talent development.

You will build relationships with schools and colleges, coordinate graduate and training programmes, and support recruitment KPIs and HR recordkeeping. Strong MS Excel and HR systems experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Learning & Development.
• Experience coordinating training programmes and using HR and recruitment systems.
• Experience with SETAs or training providers and exposure to multi-site environments is valued.

In this role, you will oversee talent acquisition and early careers, helping attract and develop talent by building relationships with schools and colleges, coordinating graduate and training programmes, and supporting recruitment and skills development. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines and helping the business develop the skills it needs. Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms, training programmes and MS Excel, will be essential to your success.

To be considered, candidates should have 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Learning & Development. Experience coordinating training programmes and using HR and recruitment systems is required. Strong relationship-building and organisational skills, together with the ability to support WSP and ATR processes, track recruitment and training KPIs, and keep accurate HR records, is a must. Experience working with training providers or SETAs, and exposure to agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, food production or multi-site environments, will also be essential.
